I'm not positive about how I feel about these photos, but this guy obviously has something to say & I think that's beautiful.

I was on one of those stupid class trips, so I was sort of running while taking the photo. This was right after I was denied entrance to the White House while most of the rest of the class got in. I would like to go back to DC sometime & be able to take more photos.

probably going into scraps in a few days.....

yes! it was traumatic. I was first in line & the guys is like, "can I see your ID?" so I hand it to him. and he inspects it, then me, then his list, again & again & again, and then goes "step aside ma'am" =[

I know, when I saw him out there I was just taken away.
apparently he's been out there for years & he & his wife can't leave the area or else they can never come back. so people bring them food & such or something. I was a bit confused. it's right in front of the white house.....

when did you go, because i saw this same exact guy like two years ago when i went to DC

I went like...2 years ago, too. haha.
apparently he's been there since the Vietnam War or something, though. he & his wife cannot leave the little camp or else they're not allowed to protest there anymore I guess. I honestly forgot what the tour guide said.
